Do you need an EPC to rent your property out or for the sale of the property?

Property energy efficiency management surveys and property management surveys.
 

Not only do I carry out EPC assessments, I will be happy to discuss adding the following services onto the EPC procedure or as separate entirety.

The minimum EPC rating is changing from a E rating to a C rating from 2025 / 2026 for all new tenancies and for current tenancies from 2028.  Therefore, it is vital to act now and to try to improve the EPC rating at the EPC renewal.

I'm offering the following service:

MEES report - Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards Report - I will attend to the property carry out a draft EPC and consult with you or the landlord with regards to the improvements to the property that will enable it to achieve a C rating on the EPC.  After completion of the improvements, I will re-attend to the property and complete the EPC and email it to you or the landlord.
